Many concerned Seventh-day Adventists have proposed various primary causes which have led to the alarming erosion of the divine pillars of our faith, which has in turn led to the abandonment of many of the sacred precepts of our church. In almost all facets of life, many Seventh-day Adventists have embraced worldliness and are but feebly involved in the church's mission.

Some propose that this grievous situation stems back to the 1919 Bible Conference of our leaders, where there was much doubt about the authenticity of the writings of Sister White. Others go back to the schism forged over the message of Christ our Righteousness at the1888 General Conference. Still others are focused upon the publishing of the book Questions on Doctrine in the 1957 or failure to deal with the invasion of the new theology as espoused by Desmond Ford and others in the 1960s and 1970s. The author of this book acknowledges that these events greatly contributed to the present spiritual and the theological crisis in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. However, he presents that not one of these tragic events is the number one decision which has forged the greatest havoc in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It was the event that took place in 1931----the decision to accredit our education institutions by secular organizations.

Colin Standish presents impelling evidence that this decision has wrought such devastation to the integrity of the Seventh-day Adventist mission, destiny, and divine calling that only a gigantic revival of primitive godliness accompanied by cutting our ties to accrediting organizations can save it from disastrous failure. The author offers that this is the only solution which will refocus the divine destiny of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He has unwavering faith in the final triumph of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. There is no other church in Christendom which has been entrusted with the everlasting gospel of the three angels which will bring in everlasting righteousness. The author believes that this will soon take place. But how will it be accomplished? This book answers this question.
