Ellen White wrote many years ago that "We are to feed the hungry, clothe the naked. and comfort the suffering and afflicted. Through his servants, God designs that the sick, the unfortunate, and those possessed of evil spirits shall hear His voice through is. Through human agencies He desires to be a Comforter such as the world knows not.
We Adventists have historically recognized our Christian responsibility to heal the sick, clothe the naked, and feed the hungry. We have world-wide organizations dedicated to carrying out these aspects of the gospel ministry. But it appears that we have largely allowed the enemy to convince is that the need to minister to those possessed by evil spirits does not exist.
In this book, Vaugh Allen draws on more than a decade of personal experience in ministering to these possessed by evil spirits. He writes with conviction that restoration of this long-neglected aspect of the gospel ministry is more needed now than ever - a need which will become even greater as we draw nearer to the second Advent of Christ.
